Our year-long engagements are designed to build emotionally intelligent ecosystems by cultivating individual capacity, team-level attunement, and system-wide transformation.
The Emotion-First Engagement Model
We don’t offer one-off workshops or compliance checklists. We walk alongside your team for 12 months, helping you plant and nurture the emotional and structural soil that makes lasting equity possible.

🪴 Phase 1: Groundwork & Assessment (Months 1–2)

Leadership Onboarding: Emotionally intelligent leadership coaching begins early, anchoring the work at the top

🌱 Phase 2: Seeding Emotional Intelligence (Months 3–5)

Core Trainings: Interactive, emotionally scaffolded sessions on emotional intelligence, identity accountability, and relational equity

Team EI Development: Facilitated team retreats to build co-regulation, feedback culture, and psychological safety

Individual Coaching Tracks: For leaders, managers, or other identified key staff

Cohort Circles: Racial caucuses, affinity spaces, or role-based learning cohorts deepen emotional fluency and shared accountability
